PCI President is basically a Member of A State Council Nominated To Central Council.
He ceases to be the Member (consequently to the President ) of PCI the moment New Council Is Announced in his state.
This warrants election of New President by the General body of PCI.
Registrar cum Secretary should Mandatorily write to the Registrars of State New Council to send fresh Nomination.
