What a Cruel joke on Pharmacists?
How can the Pharmacist be happy as PCI & IPA have made his job anybody's job by endorsing Sch K amendment @DTAB meeting?
All Pharma Authorities and Pharmacists should observe 'wake up Day' to address service Issues.
Service issue is not just salary and designation.
It is empowerment and authority pharmacists deserves to serve with professional judgement.
This cannot happen without B Pharms and Pharm Ds.

Schedule K describe the exempted drugs, conditions and extent of exemption from all the provisions of Chapter IV of the Act and the Rules there under subject to the conditions. The drugs specified in Schedule K shall be exempted from the provisions of Chapter IV of the Act and the Rules made thereunder to the extent and subject to the conditions specified in that Schedule.
