Till date we have not achieved anything in pharma products ADR reporting, where consumption is much higher ....
although the regulator is writing similar statement as one of the condition of permission for medicines , especially "New drugs" ........almost for the last 30 years ........
alerts are floating by some institutions only for the old drugs e.g. cefepime, fluconazole, diclofenac etc.......and that too which are already in their "prescribing information".........
These are the bitter truths to be digested first ....
